- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have had a vacation loan for almost 18 months with this company. For the past week, I have been unable to make a payment via phone and they're always closed unless you want to leave your information on a public voicemail which I will not do. I am not impressed with this company and how they do business frequently as not all of their customers are available during the day when they are not available when they should be and always seem closed.
